At Maker Studio in Eastbourne, we run a vibrant and ever-evolving series of craft and creative workshops designed to inspire, teach and connect. Whether you’re an absolute beginner, a curious kid, or a seasoned pro looking to refine your skills, there’s a class here for you.

Our workshops cover everything from crochet, amigurumi, and embroidery to lino printing, creative writing, still life drawing, and more. Led by experienced tutors, artists, and makers, each session is friendly, relaxed, and packed with ideas. You'll learn practical skills, discover new materials and techniques, and leave with something you’ve made by hand and a big creative boost.

Workshops run throughout the week, including evenings and weekends, making it easy to find a time that suits you. We also offer short taster classes and longer courses, so whether you’re dipping a toe into something new or diving deep into your favourite craft, there’s something to suit.

Our family-friendly sessions are perfect for getting the kids involved too, especially during half-term and school holidays, when we host creative drop-ins and kids’ craft mornings.

Everything happens in our colourful studio space in Old Town Eastbourne, where you can enjoy barista-made coffee, teas, and hot chocolates while you work. Many of our workshops are small and personal, so early booking is recommended.
