Beginner lino printing workshop at Maker Studio Eastbourne, tutor demonstrating how to carve a linocut block on an ink-ready workbench, surrounded by printmaking tools, brayers, carving tools and ink rollers, hands-on creative craft class for adults learning relief printing techniques in a friendly community studio setting

Went to the recent beginner lino print workshop here and had a really relaxing evening. Well organised, great staff and a lovely place to spend an evening crafting. Thoroughly enjoyed it and highly recommend.

Coffee, Tea & WIFI

We serve our delicious coffee & hot drinks all day. Take out available. You can just pop in for coffee and hang out if you want, bring your latest project we'd love to see it.

Our wifi is free and fast. If you need to do bit of work grab your laptop and pop in for a coffee.

Train, Bus, Taxi or Walk to Us

We’re a 5-minute taxi or bus ride from Eastbourne Station, or a 15–20 minute walk through gorgeous Gildredge Park (look out for the legendary Horse Mound).

Regular buses from the town centre (routes 1, 1A, 12, or 12X) stop near Waitrose/The Lamb in Old Town — just a short walk to the studio.

Taxis are easy to find at the station and cost around £5–£10.

Is there Parking?

There is free on street parking around us.

The nearest Council car park is Church Street car park, it's approx 5 minute walk to the studio. Get directions here.

If you are a Waitrose customer you can use their car park for 2 hours for free - but best double check with them first.
