Create a seed bead mandala to make into a unique and stunning piece of jewellery. A mediative and mindful activity for all skill levels, no need for previous experience.
You'll be guided step by step, through specific beading stitches to build the mandala in concentric layers. A design that starts from a central point and grows outwards symmetrically in a circular pattern. Using colourful high quality glass seed beads, we will be using a traditional bead stitching technique, and play with different colour matching ideas.
All materials are provided and each participant gets to take home a unique piece of Jewellery.

You tutor: Avigail Bernet

Avigail has been working with seed beads since she was 8 years old. She started making larger and more detailed pieces around 11 years ago when she moved to Brazil and got really inspired by Indigenous bead craft 

She lived in a small community in the Amazon and learned a lot of her skills from the indigenous women.

Now back in the UK, Avigail and continues with her beading, but is still inspired by Amazonian colours,.

Avigail has a BA degree in Fine arts from the University of the West of England.

If you fail to turn up for your class you will need to book and pay for a new class/workshop.
