Learn a new crochet technique!
Mosaic Crochet is a little like magic! The patterns created can look amazing, colourful and complex but only one colour is used at any one time across the rows and the stitches used are only a combination of double crochet, trebles and chains… it’s surprisingly simple and easier than it looks. There are two popular ways to create mosaic crochet – ‘Overlay’ and ‘Inset’. In this workshop, Eleonora will teach both these techniques and a small mosaic sample will be created which can then be used as a coaster afterwards.

You will need to be able to crochet to take part in this workshop.

What to bring
You don't need to bring anything. Yarn and hooks will be available to use on the day. But you are welcome to bring your own hook and yarn with you.

What you leave with
A sample swatch of mosaic crochet which can be used as a coaster.

Went to the recent beginner lino print workshop here and had a really relaxing evening. Well organised, great staff and a lovely place to spend an evening crafting. Thoroughly enjoyed it and highly recommend.

Had my first crochet lesson this morning-such a calm relaxed setting and I can now crochet! It’s great to see these independent businesses setting up and sharing their knowledge with others. Already signed up for another workshop.

I really enjoyed my beginners crochet classes. They were fun and relaxed and I have learnt a lot. Kate is great, very patient & an inspirational tutor. She has given me the confidence to use the new skills I have leant to start my own crochet projects. I look forward to joining future classes that she holds.

Amazing place for anyone who loves arts and craft or excellent coffee! Kate is incredibly kind and patient. The sessions are well designed and thoughtfully set up. The group sizes are perfect. Sociable but small enough that you can ask tonnes of questions as you go. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s a dream come true to have round the corner.
