Kids sewing machine class, Sat 20th Sept

Saturday 20th September, 1-2.30pm.

Age 8+. Parents are welcome to stay or can drop off and pick up.

Sew a reading cushion

Join us for a fun and relaxed reading cushion class!
Children will learn how to sew a multicoloured cushion with a book-sized pocket and carry handle. Perfect for trips away or to the library!

There will be a range of fabrics to choose from and children will be supervised on the sewing machine. They will learn how to sew a simple cushion with pocket and strap, and will take away the pattern and instructions to make another.

- All materials and tools will be provided. (Cushion pads are not included, but if you don't have one at home, we will have some to purchase on the day.)
- If you need glasses please bring them with you
- Clip long hair back and wear closed toe shoes
