Improvers Lino Printing Workshops

Tried lino printing and ready to take it further? Our new improvers workshops teaches you more advance techniques.

In this session you’ll create a design that’s cut into 3 or 4 sections to build a layered, multi-colour jigsaw print. It’s a chance to play with colour, mix your own inks, and come away with something that’s completely your own.

You’re welcome to bring your own design. We’ll send a simple guide beforehand to help you get it ready. If you do, think about how your image can break down into a few clear shapes for cutting - you can always pop in before hand for advice.

If you’d rather keep it easy, there’ll be a selection of ready-made designs to choose from on the night.

A quick note
Please wear something you don’t mind getting messy. The inks are washable, but we can’t promise they’ll come out of every fabric.

This is an improvers class, you don't need to be an expert but you must know the basics of lino printing. If you are a beginner look out for our next beginners class beginners lino printing workshop.

Monet is a talent jewellery designer and illustrator born and raised in Eastbourne, she’s always been happiest making with her hands and surrounded by others who do the same. With a background in fashion, textiles, lino cutting, and life drawing she is now a practising Silversmith.
