Crochet a GLOW in the DARK Ghost workshop

Saturday 27th September, 1-4pm.

Come and make a glow in the dark GHOST (or 2 or 3)!

Have you ever worked with glow in the dark yarn? It's so much fun, once 'charged' in the sun or a lamp, it will glow when the lights are out!

You'll get the yarn, pattern and a hot or cold drink.

Join us for a beginners class beforehand or if you can already crochet just attend the workshop.

All ages welcome! Suitable from 8 with a little crochet experience.

Option 1 £25  (for beginners)
If you already know some basic crochet but would like to be shown how to make the ghost and how to read the pattern then join us at 1pm for an hours class, then you are welcome to stay till 4pm to make more ghosts. 
Included
- 1 hour beginner amigurumi crochet lesson, learn the stitches needed for the ghost.
- Glow in the dark yarn (enough to make 2 or 3 ghosts)
- A basic crochet hook
- Toy stuffing & black yarn for mouth
- Safety Eyes
- Printed pattern instructions post card
- Tea, Coffee or cold drink

Option 2 £10 
If you already know how to crochet and are confident reading a pattern then join us from 2pm. Kate will be able to help if you get stuck, or need any tips! 
Bring your own hook, or borrow one from the Studio.

Help us make a ghostly Halloween window display!
We would love to fill our window display with as many glow in the dark ghosts as possible, so if you would like to make and donate a ghost for our Halloween window too, that would be awesome! (you will get it back once we have finished with it).

Your tutor - Kate Mccully
Kate is an award winning crochet designer, author and experienced crochet workshop tutor. She creates patterns and kits under the name Make Me Roar and writes patterns regularly for magazine and yarn companies.. You can see some of Kate’s amigurumi crochet work on display around the shop.
