These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products and workshop services from Maker Studio Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products and Services

We sell craft supplies and offer workshops (online and/or in person). Product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display items and workshop details accurately.


3. Ordering and Payment

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
  • We accept cash, and most  credit and debit cards
  • Workshop bookings are secured only upon full payment.


4. Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days.
  • Delivery charges and estimated timescales will be shown at checkout.
  • Please ensure your delivery details are accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.


5. Returns and Cancellations

Craft Supplies:

  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
  • Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Workshops:

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the workshop date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 14 days of the workshop are non-refundable, but at our sole discretion's off to reschedule or move to another of our courses online if we are able to resell you spot.
  • If we cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
  • If you fail to turn up for your class or workshop you willl not receive a refund or  be offered to reschedule. You will need to book and pay for a new class.

  • If you are, or book for a person, who is below the age limit for a course or workshop you maybe refused the option to take part and you will not recieve a refund. The tutor may accept you or the person on other tier course at their  descretion.


6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website – including text, images, designs, logos, and workshop materials – is the property of Maker Studio Ltd. or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit this content without our written consent.


7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of our products or services is limited to the amount paid by you for that product or service.

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its functionality, or use it for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if these terms are breached.
